The following 3 cases all happened to my friends in a school
in NY State.
1. One Greek student moved out and left the phone number to
his room mate, he called the local company to transfer
everything to the room mate. The AT&T long distance rate
went up from 17c per minute to $3.75 per minute, which added
up to $1,300.
2. On Chinese student took over a friend~{!/~}s apartment as
well as phone number. He switched long distance to anothe | p*****y

NEVER touch anything labeled AT&T
