Actually I called ATT right away after I got the bill from local company.
I spent a morning to argue with the ATT customer reprentative and their
supervisors. No use. I guess my complain was kind of strong that the supervisor
wrote a note on my account that do not refund this account. This is what I got
when I called them again and a reprensenative in other office told me.
