A family had a retriever for 6-7 years, no problem. One day they were on the
drive way about to go out, out of the blue the dog charged to neighbours
across the street and bit their little girl. The family with dog has two
small little girls themselves.
Their dog was taken away and they must purchase a dangerous animal permit ($
500/year) before the dog was released. He was banned from leaving their
house except for vet. visit, basically put to house rest. The owner said it
would be easy if they just put him down, but they had no choice.
Having a dog is not easy ah.... | I****s
