知道回美国前一周， 周一晚上11点左右， 他们往外面拖垃圾桶， 狗狗偷跑出去。 正

看你的情况，那个人的伤很可能法官会认定是你家狗咬的。
你的point应该是你邻居在你的狗没有attack的情况下，主动provoke: 先攻击了你的狗
，说了racist的话。希望法官认定他provoke在先，应该就不会被认定为dangerous
animal。

他的伤和当天的report我觉得足够让普通人倾向是楼主的狗咬的
所以楼主要强调是他provoke你们家的狗在先，这样就不满足dangerous animal的前提。
道不道歉doesn't matter in court, 你只要说是say sorry, 但没有apologize。
Also, 是不是on lease也不是法官care的，你的case是rule on dangerous animal, 不

and "highly" cannot be used in such a way, so changing the structure of the
sentence to something like "it has the potential to be highly dangerous"
should be better; (2) "dangerous" is too vague and also a word not typically
used in scientific writing. The reviewer is probably asking for using a
more specific and accurate word that is more commonly used. |
