终于下定决心要宝宝了,准备从现在开始运动,4月份开始要宝,因为最近感冒发烧一
直吃药,我想等代谢的差不多了再开始怀宝。今天开始第一天吃孕妇维生素,而且也开
始注意营养了,今天早晨跑了40分钟,我觉得很舒服。本来嚷嚷着减肥活动啥的,立了
帖子了都,结果一点也没有减,羞的不敢来了。现在希望由着怀宝这个巨大的动力,能
推动我每天坚持运动,强健身体.就是我太喜欢8 mins abs了,本人天生巨喜欢细腰和
腹肌,趁着要娃之前赶紧练,之后就不能运动和练腹肌啦!
PS This is a good way to stop me eat those High- Cal food by write them down, please keep an eye on me if you have any advise. What the object of my dairy is keep a healthy lifestyle by running every morning and eating healthy food during every meal.

you got it! Sometimes, it's just weird that the more you think about losing
fat, the less you achieve.

I ate two chicken legs during lunch, and N pieces of Chinese pan cake. Also
I ate a cup of chocolate milk and a bag for 300 Calories Lay's chips. I don
't know why I ate so much. Attention: I am not pregnant yet.
Friday, Jan 15
3.36 mile, approximate 50min
Breakfast : 1 bag Grits[100 Cal], 1 piece of banana[90 Cal], 1Chick-fil-A
large milkshake with cream topping[xx Cal], a chicken sandwich, oh my God,
It's unbelievable those were what I ate in breakfast...

加油哦!
我现在的口号也是:我不减肥,我要健身。
因为如果我的目标是减肥,我会急功近利地节食,狂运动,然后在短时间内瘦下来,接
着就受不了,开始反弹。。。
还是以健身为目的的好一些。我觉得,如果坚持每天都能做有氧运动,长期下来,食欲
会比不做运动更小。。。
同时我计划明年开始要宝宝,所以我希望我要宝宝之前肚子是平平的,据说这样有利于
产后体形恢复!

mm,我们house里有个学生物的博后告诉我:
叶酸等孕妇维生素不能太早吃,会破坏体内维生素平衡
等怀上了再吃比较安全
此外,怀孕这事情不是绝对一次成功的
不怀孕长期服用叶酸对身体很不好
