现在脚还没好,就定diet 的目标好了
我的目标是每日4-5餐,每餐 300-400卡,每天1500卡左右。

Bfast (8:30am): creal 100 cal + fat free milk 100 cal = 200 cal
2nd meal (11:00am): beef burger 290 cal = 100 cal multi grain thin bread +
95% lean beef pattie 190 cal
3rd meal (2:00pm): veg egg sandwich 250 cal = 100 cal whole wheat thin bread
+ 99% egg white real egg 50
cal + slide mushroom 20cal + sweet pea 20 cal + chicken breast 60 cal
下午晚饭估计在5,6点左右,最后一顿在晚上8点,每顿控制在300卡左右,吃什么现在
还没想好,到时候再来update.
