inspector general to file complaint. Tell them what your concern is and have
them to open the empty or whatever package and issue a official document
indicating the truth. eBay will have to act in your favor.
For package by FedEx and ups, do the similar thing instead to have the
notary inside FedEx or UPS witness the package opening process and provide
the notarized document.
If eBay or Amazon does not act then they can be deemed as accessories of
fraud. You can sue them.
It depends on how much time you have to do this and the ratio of the
investment of time and effort to the rewards.
The last resolution is to file police report or criminal complaint with your
evidence. You would never know if it will work if you do nothing. |

。黑社会都比ebay强百倍，至少交了保护费，出事了找你能照着。
现在ebay堕落到这样，基本上是在做无本生意。即便是你有足够证据，也不会买你的帐
。他们的原则是自己不亏，你们的死活我不管。保护费招收不误，最多在你强烈要求的
情况下，可以把FVF退给你。
ebay上我现在大多数卖一些旧货，成本在10-50块之间的，被evil了也没什么大不了。
