Already A-Z, you have nothing more to lose.
Let them think carefully before they claim defective. I did this and I won.
I also reported the buyer to Amazon for abusing return policy. |

We note you have issued only 50% reimbursement for this order. In this
situation, a partial reimbursement is not appropriate because it does not
address the cause for which this claim was filed.
A seller is only permitted to apply a restocking fee upto 20% and exclude
the shipping costs from a return when due to buyer’s remorse.

restocking fee有点多,尽管此病人确实让人恶心;扣20%有点少
俺一般扣25%,即使病人开A-z,亚麻都没找restocking fee的麻烦
