We appreciate the information you have provided. However, the previous plan
of action does not address the issue. Please provide a better plan of action

A review of your account indicates you have listed against detail pages that
do not exactly match your items and some of your shipments may have been
defective.
As stated in our policies, sellers must list the exact same item, in the
same format, as the item represented on the detail page. This includes brand
, manufacturer, UPC, edition, binding, quantity, packaging, color, etc.

Actions” and “Product Detail Page Rules” in seller Help.
Before we can consider reinstatement of your selling privileges, please
provide us with a detailed account of the steps you will take to ensure your
listings comply with our policies and steps you will take to prevent

and determine whether to reinstate your privileges.

发帖数: 1204 | 2 最初是buyer complain收到的颜色不对，我要partial refund。buyer直接A to Z，又
说东西是坏的。过了几天账户就被suspend了。已经是两封appeal信了，亚麻还说the
previous plan of action does not address the issue。
问题是我的前两封appeal信里提到了已经重新检查了listing确定items are as
described， 认真读了“Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions” and “
Product Detail Page Rules”， 以后不会再犯错。以后要多查message及时给buyer回
信，以后不列used和refurbished容易引起纠纷的东西。我的review是4.8/5非常好请给
个机会等等。 还要我说什么？
现在感觉像小学生写检讨，该说的都说了，老师死活不给过。

发帖数: 6401 | 4 被马总关了几个listings了，都是病人瞎投诉。 其中一个奇葩说我寄给丫的打印机
没有包装，用袋子寄的。A-Z了，return回来是原封不动的新机子，listing还是关了。

发帖数: 1204 | 5 我的问题是账户被关了，不是某个listing。有两个listing有问题，一个颜色不对，一
个refubished下面列的新的（没有新的选项）。现在已经认错，listing也主动关了，
还说我检讨不深刻。
今天要交第三次检讨了。谁能帮着写两句？我也有点怒了，说我的检讨没有说到点子上
，说得再好有什么用？一句话，再出问题你封了我就完了。
