privilege会被剥夺，以后就甭想这么容易来了
另外，中国来美国带孩子的老头老太们，只要来过第一次，按时回国了，在接下来的5

我建议他自己可以首先以身做则,安排一个24小时监视摄像机在他旁边,
对公众广播
反正按他的说法,怕人知道的事就不做,那他做的任何事也不介意别人知道
反过来,言论自由是美国宪法规定的rights,不是privilege
而当知道自己的言行在被随时监听,行使言论自由的权利就会被限制
从这个角度上看,不被监听是言论自由衍生出来的right,
而并不是任何法律规章额外赋予的privilege.

今天收到DMV的信说因为我原来的驾照（北卡的）给SUSPENDED/REVOKED了，要30天内
CLEAR，不然
就要CANCEL我的申请。
我有2个北卡的驾照，第一个是今年5月已经到期了，是用F1申请的，现在还保留着。
第2个是今年3月
申请的，用OPT，到明年1月EXPIPRE，两个号码都是一样的。问了NC DMV,他们说我现在
的驾照是
LIMITED PRIVILEGE, 但是是ACTIVATED的状态。 我上网查了一下，这个驾照好像是给
