两条,
1. 如实向amazon 汇报问题,证明自己是按照规则来做的。发的新打印机。也是
shipping 有问题。
2. 跟病人协商,病人说是坏的,根据规定,让他退回来,如果你检查没问题,扣他
restocking fee+shipping 至少要保证你这单不陪。同时保留证据,给他看。如果他讲
理,他不会纠缠。如果不讲理,提供给amazon,amazon会评判。
要点两条
跟amazon 沟通,和保留证据。
