damages at the time.

money to those who did not have any verifiable financial damages. In other
words, of your bank removed the unauthorized charges, you had no financial
damages. Even though your identity and personal information has now been
stolen and may later be used to damage your credit. This does not qualify as
damage under the settlement.”
