的事情，和amazon 帮我发货后的carrier damage应该不是一样的处理。 |

have a case of Warehouse damaged. Three days later, Amazon changed to
defective. Although I filed the case next day and Amazon seller support
agreed with the Warehouse damaged the day after, the case is till pending at
Amazon after one month. Every time when I asked for update, they always
tell me it is investigating. A
