,(后来证明当时疏忽了,只看了别人给他的评价,没看他给别人的评价。)也没当回
事,就直接买了保险,合计以防万一。
然后5月13号,给我发信息,说东西还没收到。我就回,别担心,我给你买了保险了,
如果丢了你自己联系usps赔吧。(因为国际的priority mail是买家和卖家都可以claim
的。)
14号回复我消息,说他觉得应该卖家来claim。我15号就回复他说,我今天去了邮局,
(其实我没去邮局,就是合计以邮局人的口气,能更有说服力点,不过去了估计也是这
么说,以前去邮局查过类似的。)usps给我查了,显示4月16号就到菲律宾了(usps官
网就能看到),但是在usps系统里查不到最后递送信息,建议买家去当地邮局查下,一
般都能有结果,如果还是不行就让买家去claim,因为东西出美国了,在菲律宾,所以
要买家去。(这个是我瞎编的,我实在不爱给usps打电话弄这个,最少得等半个小时,
再弄保险,一个小时都下不来。)
16号买家再给我回信息,他说他觉得是卖家去给他弄赔偿。我就回复你能不能仔细看我
给你之前发的信息,我该说的都和你说了。(这个时候我就好奇怪,正常买家都会去当
地邮局查下啊,这货为什么啥也不干,就在这指挥我呢。)
然后第二天,这货开了case,说是没收到货,要全部退款。这时候我就是隐约的觉得有
问题,然后我就看买家的信誉,看了下他给别人的评价,我靠,很多差评,全是没收到
货。很大一部分好评,都是说卖家给他退款了或者交易cancel了啥的,我一看这绝对有
问题啊,谁有病啊,买啥丢啥,还锲而不舍的买啊。。。
我就在他开的case里回复了我的怀疑的。说了下上边的过程,然后我猜测说让ebay看看
,是不是这货收不到的东西都是相对贵的,(看不到他具体买了什么,因为设置了
private)然后他也回复我说,对,他总是贵的东西出问题,但是他相信ebay,总能给
他解决问题,所以锲而不舍的买,这回也说5月1号就去邮局啥的,邮局告他可能东西都
退回去了,(这个应该也不可能,因为以前有被对方海关退回来的案例,那个东西从退
回到美国海关开始就又能查到了,他这个包裹最后一条信息就是在菲律宾。)然后还和
我举例子说,之前买的啥就是,寄到UK了,卖家都承认寄丢了啥的。。。
今天再一看好了,这货的feedback整个都看不见了,直接显示This member has
decided to make his/her Feedback comments private。更让人怀疑啊。
请问我怎么回复,赢这个case面大啊?
上下case详情:
1,买家开case说的:
Hi there, i was really disappointed with your reply that I would be the one
to make the claim when i don't really know how your post office deals with
it. Anyway, i think this would be easier. I haven't received the item till
now, i really dont know what happened to that either but nonetheless, i want
to get my refund. I'm really disappointed.
2,我回复的case
The first attached picture is shipping receipt. Once I got the message from
buyer, I went to local post office to check details. I was told that in
their system, the item has been in Philippines since April 16, 2014. After
arrival in Philippines, they cannot track the package in their system
anymore. After they know that it was a speaker sold through eBay, they said
that since USPS cannot track packages after arrival in a few foreign
countries, some buyers claimed that they haven’t receive the item while
they actually did (since the detail information cannot be checked). I did
buy insurance for this speaker. So USPS suggested me to let the buyer check
their local post office first. Then most of such situations could be solved
by their local post office. If the problem still cannot be solved, the USPS
suggested me to let receiver to file the claim, since receiver is the only
who knows the truth that whether the item has been delivered.
There are two things I am suspicious about. 1. I told the buyer what I have
been told by USPS that the best way is to check local post office first.
However, the buyer has never done anything, maybe because the buyer knows
that I bought insurance. The buyer was only asking for refund without doing
anything. 2. I checked the buyer’s feedback left for others. This buyer
often gave negative feedbacks, and all because that the items cannot
received (as the second and third pictures that I attached). The buyer left
positive feedbacks mostly when transaction has been canceled or refunded. It
is abnormal that a buyer can be confident keep buying different items while
keep losing or not being able to receive it. I seriously doubt that the
buyer received items, but claimed s/he did not, so that s/he get refunded
and free items. I understand that eBay is doing a great job protecting the
buyer, however, I hope eBay can keep an eye on the buyer’s history, and be
fair about what really happens.
3 买家有回复我的
So you are suspecting that I am doing fraud? I really understand if you will
think that way. Actually, went to post office since May 1 to check but they
still haven't got any noticed. Then I asked them, what will they do if
those packages were undelivered, they said they would send it back to
country of origin but that would take time. Anyway, would try again next
week if I have any news about the package.
As to what you're saying that I'm confident buying in eBay even though I
didn't received many items. Yes, i am confident because ebay keeps me
protected, and usually I only have problems with big purchases. Now I'm not
really sure if Customs or someone in the inside is holding up my package.
Anyway, hope I will get some good news next weekend
By the way for the feedbacks, the negative one. If you would contact the
seller there memoryotm, he shipped it but per tracking the item was in
Rwanda, i was really piss off because he was not replying to me for days.
Now I open a case and we already agreed that he will refund since Royal Post
UK shipped it to wrong country. I guess there's nothing odd with those
feedbacks. Anyway, let's just see if the package would arrive. |

哎,每次打USPS客服都至少一个小时。。。音箱不算邮费不到250,但是usps不提供
delivery confirmation给菲律宾,是不还是我输的面大啊?

能找USPS没别的办法,既然你当初有保险,就看你当初保多少,USPS会赔你的,只是需
要花点时间拿到check。
另外,不管他是不是evil,买家找你是正常的,东西没收到自然是卖家负责,愿意自己
跑当地邮局的买家已经很少了,至少我从来没遇到,还有提醒一点,在ebay的case里尽
量不要有任何情绪化的字眼,你没证据是对方evil你,你把这些内容写出来只是不利自
己而已。 |

你直接report to ebay,然后给ebay客服打电话讲讲故事
