发帖数: 1156 | 1 12月在eBay买了个东西，地址是Confirm的地址，Seller Protection写的是eligible。
我及时寄了，有签名。一个月后，chargeback，原因是unauthorized payment。当时
Paypal没有扣钱，因为我有tracking在里面，显示Deliver了。但是三个月后，来了个
Settlement，说是我不符合Seller Protection Performance Requirements，把钱从我
账户里扣除了。
我打电话过去，说是Seller Protection只是在调查是暂时把钱给我，如果对方信用卡
公司赢了的话，还得我掏腰包。有这么不讲理的吗？
大家有什么经验，给我出出主意，多谢了。 | j***j

protection because even you lose the dispute, paypal should cover the loss,
and the status should be sth like this:
"We have completed our investigation. After reviewing the details of this
case, we have determined that it is unlikely that we will be able to
successfully dispute this chargeback. This matter has been resolved and no
funds were debited from your account for this chargeback. "
