按Amazon官方说法就是，
More than $20,000 in unadjusted gross sales, and
More than 200 transactions.
但是Amazon提供的只有“Ordered Product Sales”和“Shipped Product Sales”参考

Order Product Sales里面还有退货的几单呢，这个怎么算啊？FBA还给我退了两单呢！ |

个显然是卖两次，收了2次钱，gross显然double了
你怎么记账保税那是你的事，另说

US$20,000 in gross payment volume from sales of goods or services in a
single year
200 separate payments for goods or services in the same year
IRC Section 6050W applies to all payment processors, including PayPal. Our
goal is to help PayPal sellers understand and comply with the new
requirements.
How is the $20,000 calculated? Will it be calculated based on net or gross
transaction earnings?
As required by IRC 6050W, the $20,000 will be calculated by looking at a
