I bought an 8" entry-level tablet from Walmart for my daughter 5 days ago. I
ended up changing my mind and wanted to return it for a refund. However,
Walmart asks a 15% restocking fee for my return because the item has bee
opened and used. Does anyone know if Walmart reinstates charging restocking
fees for upen-box items? Thanks anyway.
