是没有讲价，直接拍了。Ebay的shipping label让寄到KY的global shipping center。
想问下，
1.我寄到KY，Ebay寄到捷克的费用，通关什么的都是买家自己负担吧？
2.我写的是退货买家出钱，如果他回头退货，国际/国内运费怎么算？
3.写的是seller protection，回头他要是chargeback，用国内的tracking申诉就可以
