你遇到的可能是个老手，我建议准备一个UPS store box或者其他box能做公证的地方做
为接受return的address. serious做ebiz的都建议去开一个. 万一有问题，可以当场要
求store给公证一下。
另外，没有开封的邮件看看能不能到邮局去refuse(注明receipiant not available).
不过这招可能不一定非常好用。另外你已经签收了的话，可能就没法refuse了。 |

，然后过几天去拿一下，哪记得住谁退了什么

我今天得到amazon的回复是这样的，而且另一位神医发信告诉我他也碰到了
同一个evil buyer，如果大家一起举报，这样这些家伙就有案底了
不知道这样有多少帮助

with a brand new iphone 4s from the ebay daily deals of the FL seller.
Obviously there was nothing inside so I did not open and went to USPS
inspector general office to have them open the box for me, it turned out i
was right. USPS issued affidavit to the seller directly saying no any
indication of tampering ,etc. I got full refund. |
