卖了一个东西。200多。加了签名。客户claim说没收到。开了a to z
按照以往的经验，这种情况，我肯定赢的。直接把tracking回复给amazon。结果今天
amazon回复说我输了。理由如下。大家说是不是以后加签名也没用了？

information that you have provided does not prove that the item(s) were
delivered to the buyer. As noted in Section (5.k) of the Participation
Agreement:
"We reserve the right to seek reimbursement from Seller if we, in
our sole discretion, decide to reimburse Buyer under the terms
of the Amazon.com A-to-z Guarantee, provide a refund to Buyer if
Seller cannot promptly deliver the goods, discover erroneous or
duplicate transactions, or receive a chargeback from Buyer's
credit card issuer for the amount of Buyer's purchase from
Seller."

We may obtain such reimbursement by deducting from future payments owed to
Seller, reversing any credits to Seller's bank account, charging Seller's

received subsequent to the claim. The buyer can then contact us at buyer-
g*******[email protected] to let us know the item has been received, with
authorization to recharge their account. Otherwise, please consider this

任何一个平台公司，都需要平衡双方，才能营造一个生态系统。你如果仔细观察的话
很多平台公司都是两边摇摆，走钢丝而不是一边倒。现在妈妈桑只是在向买方倾斜一些
而已
等seller受不了了他们肯定会调整

第三方seller那真是没商量，除非以后神医们集体不去马鬃卖了，
