and insured as the item you purchased by a third party (Staples/UPS).
Package weight also fits that of the listed item."
"Item was not stapled in my presence, stapling is not a common practice for
smaller boxes. The staples/ups rep. Wrapped the phone in bubble wrap, and
taped the package only. I have not defrauded anyone and my feedback history
shows zero fraud or items not received issues. If an issue arose I notified
buyers and always issued full refunds before shipment. It's easier for you
to say hey that wasn't an iPhone just some junk in order to receive the
product and your money back. I have a reputation and account for YEARS
without a single fraud case but have had customers lie about an item, in
order to do as you are. I have invoices for the multiple IPhones I owned/
sold and have no reason to have buy them, spend money on fees, and shipping
to not send them out. That would entail my account being locked as it is and
ruining my business and other sales, as you are. I have much more to lose
than a person trying to contact members to obtain a group dispute for the
phone and a chargeback."

顺便提一句, 我的ebay feedback ratio是99.8%.
我做了一点research, 试图发现什么证据. 但是我不能, 信息太少了.

this is very simple case, there is no point in communicating with the seller
directly anymore as he/she is not willing to refund the money( based on the
long story he/she is giving & he/she has prepared himself for it, somebody
above is correct, no point in shipping a simple item with witness)
go straight to ebay & file a claim against the seller, what is going to
happen is that ebay most likely will ask you to return what you received in
original package back to the seller & then they will process the refund. (
now if the seller took the money & ran away, then you might have some issue
getting the money back unless you do a chargeback through your credit card,
which, of course is against paypal is policy)
ebay will not aside with a seller with 80% feedback, most likely
let me know if you need more information |

ducdola是一个注册在NY的ebayid, 为什么要ship iPhone 4S到FL去呀? 当然不是不可

1. occasional seller mr.jkoz, Webster MA based
2. from 3/17~3/29, 他sold 4x iPhone 4S
3. 你同学的ebayid应该是maoeba; 他付了588+20买了, 贪了一点便宜.
极大的可能,seller mr.jkoz是骗子,基于以下非直接证据:
1. 预先准备的托词emails; 第三方打包邮寄
2. 先说Staples打的包; 后说和Staples一起打的包 {算破绽?}
3. occasional ebay seller 在短时间内突然销售了四台iPhone<--很可疑
4. 4个buyers中, 已经有一个指控seller Fraud<--他人印证
赢这样的官司,应该不难.
