比如，纽约8%的地区，你100块买的，交了8快税=108块，你卖了，150，同州也是8%，
收了12块税，你只需要再交4块给税务局就行了。
再如，你这个东西，卖到外州，那么税务局还应该退你8块的税呢。 |

income tax你可以跟personal income tax一起file。如果没有盈利或者负盈利，也可
以不file。
