上个月在Dell.com订了一台笔记本,结果被Fedex弄丢了,联系几次Fedex,都只是说在
查,没有进一步消息。
上星期二联系Dell,同意重新发一台给我,并且说这个星期一(昨天)会通过邮件告诉
我进展。
Dell在上星期五的邮件里说:
he already requested the replacement for you and you don't need to call back
since he is working on it. I also gave him you email address. You will get
an update with your replacement system on Monday from him.
但是我一直没有收到Dell的邮件,我是否应该继续联系Dell,要求回复?
另外,如果Dell已经开始解决这个问题,我是否可以在Dell网站“My Orders"里查到新
笔记本的信息?
