Why is my account access limited?

prepaid cards in your peepal? call, explain, it should be ok.

发帖数: 771 | 4 That is exactly what happened to me. I was trying to use up these prepaid rebate cards, in small dominations.
Suddenly, when I was adding another card to my account, it refused to add it
, then it limited my account.
Paypal sucks.
