I understand your hesitance to believe me - I understand this is not your
fault or problem, however, it doesn't change the fact that I haven't
received the goods.
I spoke with FedEx again yesterday, and they said you will have to file a
claim through FedEx since you are the seller, and then reship a new item. I'
m including the FedEx information below. If this can't be done I'll have to
file a claim through Amazon. Thanks for your time.

发帖数: 3698 | 12 FedEx送错了，或者没投送搞丢了，然后说delivered，偶尔也会有的，俺就遇见过，查
tracking已经delivered，给扔在门廊里了，可俺就是没收到啊，然后和卖家（不是
Ebay上的）说没收到，卖家就又寄了一个给俺。
