Based Model, click Change Shipping Model -> Step 3: Set your Shipping Rate.
That's how I do it, and I'm not selling books, Music, Video, DVD...

After checking your account we found that the sales platform you used to
create your account does not have the option for you to personalize your
shipping rates, so unfortunately the instructions given below will not work
for you, the only option for you to have those features would be only if you
close this account and then open a new professional seller account under
the www.amazonservices.com site, however I must let you know that a side
effect of you doing that would be loosing all the feedback and actual
standing you have with you current account.
