I am sorry for the long time that's been taking for us to work this out, the
fulfillment center reported to me that they were not able to find but 1 of
the printers on the facility, that unit has been place for sale, I can see
that this tracking numbers says that this items were received and with
signature confirmation however the name placed in there as the person who
received them does not work on Amazon.
I am still investigating with the fulfillment center about this, we need
more time for this.
