We have received a claim under the A-to-z Guarantee program for the order
104-1940332-0477846 because the item the buyer received was not what was
ordered . The buyer's comments were "I ordered a NEW Ipad 2 white 16gb.
What i was sent was a used IPAD 1st generation with a cracked screen! ".
Please note that you have seven (7) days to respond to this e-mail.
Failure to respond with all requested information below may result in a

It's so weird...I bought it brand new from Target, and you got it, and
talked with Apple and Apple said it's an iPad 2 and you said it's a used
fuckin ipad... This can only happen when Apple was packing it they
packed a used fuckin ipad instead of a new iPad 2 ... Can you take a
picture of the used fuckin ipad and its S/N number and email it to me? I
will take it to Target together with my receipt to ask for a
replacement. Thanks
