I sold a $100 book on Amazon last October and shipped the book with delivery
confirmation. One week after the buyer contacted me and said that he only

received it. What if he did receive it but claim not?

Some people might suggest that I should ask for delivery signature next time
. However, they can still claim there was no book even after they sign.

expensive items before and had no problems.
I am sure some experienced sellers have ways to deal with buyers like this.

ships something really expensive. Manufacturers face the same problem too.
