Not necessarily temporal simultaneously bah. And
loudness/tension doesn't necessarily depend on the
number of notes happening there bah. For instance,
you can feel a full harmony as well as tension in
the first two measures of Bach's Invention in A Major
though there's no more than one sound events happening
once a time. On the other hand, the uncertain emptiness
in mm.1-16 of Beethoven's Symphony in d minor is played
simultaneously by strings, brasses and woodwinds (with
