贴一个今年官方钢琴及其他乐器考级的信息,希望能对广大的琴童和家长们有所帮助。
另外还有我自己写的几个注意事项,是我根据考级大纲要求总结出来的。

考级中需要知道的几点注意事项:
Certificate of Merit
1. Evaluation: late February to early April.
2. All technique must be memorized.
3. Sight reading requirements:
• Path A students: study for 30 seconds in a room.
• Levels Pre-2: four measures
• Level3 and higher: 8 measures long.
• Two levels below the repertoire level.

1. Repertoire requirements:
• One piece must be selected from the syllabus list.
• Remaining repertoire must be at or above the student’s enrolled
level.
• Pre-level 2: No category requirements.
• Level 3 –advanced: each piece must be from a different category.
• Level 6- advanced: must choose a piece from the Baroque and
Contemporary categories.
• Five categories: baroque, Classical, Romantic, Impressionist /
Early 20th century, Contemporary ( alive in 1950-with the exception of
Bartok)
2. Memorization:
• Pre-2 : Number of pieces: 2, memory requirement: 2
• Level3-5: Number of pieces: 3, memory 2
• Level6-7: Numbers: 4, memory: 2
• Level8-9: Number: 4, memory: 2
• Advanced: numbers: 4 plus etude, memory: 2 plus etude
3. Written Theory Tests:
• Grade of 70%: passing
• 80%: qualify for convention performance
• Advanced: 90% in school grade 9-12: exempt taken the test in
subsequent year.
4. Completion of a Level: a student has passed ALL required segments of a
given level, receive the authorized certificate.
5. Ear Training Test: students will listen to a recording of examples.
6. Evaluation Guidelines:
• Technique: Goal: to demonstrate the continuing development
required for playing with ease and musicality.
• Excellent: good hand position, correct pedaling, and consistent
fingering. Well within the time limit. Musically executing the elements with
even tone, accurate rhythm and notes.
• Sight Reading: Goal: to demonstrate the continuing development of
the skills necessary to read music at sight with rhythmic integrity and
musicality.
• Excellent: maintain 100% rhythmic accuracy of note values. Keep
steady beat, no stopping or correction, slight hesitation to rhythmic flow.
Observe key signatures and accidentals. Observe articulation: legato,
staccato, phrasing. Accurate dynamics. Use pedal accurately if indicated.
• Incomplete: If a student doesn’t play all the way through, stops
, or doesn’t play it at all.
• Level3 and above: starting in the wrong octave will reduce the
rating one score level.
• Performance: Goal: to prepare and perform music accurately and
musically, demonstrating advancement, progress, growth, and maturity through
the levels.
• Overall Evaluation Rating: all pieces well prepared.
