哪有钱买呀？偶以前的咋是free的呢。。。。有什么关键的要修改么？
- Subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company, the
Company may grant to you an incentive stock option (the “Option”) under
the Company’s 2011 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) for the purchase of
an aggregate of 90,000 shares of common stock of the Company at a price per
share equal to the fair market value at the time of Board approval. The
Option shall be subject to all terms, vesting schedules and other provisions
set forth in the Plan and in a separate option agreement. |

出钱买下来。

发帖数: 86 | 7 四年vest完一般能变成多少刀啊？谁有经验得给个个体数字吧。知道当然要看具体价格
，可能成为废纸一张，以可以成为米林耐尔。
另外，赶脚就是卖身契呀，不被剥削四年拿不全啊。

是说至少保证你有很少的一点利润.某些公司就比较恶心,是说让你直接买股票,跌了的
话就是真金实银的亏钱了.

发帖数: 2829 | 14 问题是有的时候看公司发展形势很好，想先hold，过段时间再买卖。这样的话，比如一
年后，1/4的option vested了，我是否就要先出钱把那1/4买下来？还是说即使vested
了，我也可以不买下，留待以后涨上去了再低价买下，然后同一天高价卖出？
