you didn't expect to flop a set, he didn't expect you have 99 either...
STACK is the key, if you have a good stack (you need to work all the way up)
, only the most foolish would call you with this on the bubble.
i tell my self, forget about bad beats, remember more bad plays, only that
would help me improve.

hour online compared with in live games the probability of seeing bad beats
is much higher. Just take it easy and move on.
Actually if you finish high in a large tournament you definitely get lucky
in some critical hands. So you also bad beat others when you make big money,
hehe. |

fair coin twice there is a 25%
chance to see two heads in a row, which is the same probability of a bad
beat when you dominate your
opponent preflop (e.g. AK vs AQ). If you flip the coin 100 times in a few
minutes you will feel like there
are a lot of two-heads-in-a-row. Then you will know how normal it is to see
bad beats ^_^

What we complaint is KK vs KJ pre flop,
or gun -short str8 at river。。。which needs about three to four heads in a
row.

感觉平时在CASINO里没有这么多BAD BEATS的（否则桌面还不炸了锅），跟ONLINE比起
来，当然也可能是自己观察有BIAS吧。。
我当时CHIP算中等略偏下水平，他大概是中等，COVER我。如果我赢了他会变成非常
short stack。
不管怎么说，在这个名次出局，又是这样输的，还是很不爽罢了 |

calling all-in on flop with a gut shot straight draw would only make sense if:
1. he gets the right odds with call (very unlikely)
2. it's a tournament and it's very close to be in the money or already in the money

我刚才Q， T ， FLOP A， K， J rainbow, 第一家 bet 30, 第2家 raise to 130, 我
all-in with 250. 第一家 fold, 第2加 CALL. turn K, river J. 第2家K， J 。I

发帖数: 16209 | 13 关于 tournament 如果赌场要加一些influence，其实对赌场有利的是加大chip leader
的odds。这样就可以某种程度上加快相应的tournament 结束，节约资源，多跑几轮。
不过不太值得。 |
