If he had two spades with one or both cards hit pairs on flop, that could
make him to call two big bets.A triple could also do the same thing.
But on river he only bet $90, that makes him more likely to be two pair or
triple, not flush.Since the pot was about two hundred, calling another $90 is
worthwhile.Anyway, $90 is too small to feel like a flush.
