when average stake is about 40 times the big blind, how to adjust strategy?
how about just 10~20 times the blind?
play looser and bluff more? any insightful suggestion? | l********r
发帖数: 868 | 2 tournament? this is a typical yet no easy answer question. I try to
summarize from several points:
1. reading opponents is always important. it affects your strategy from hand
to hand, no matter how your chip stack looks like.
2. you shouldn't use something like 40x the big blind. you should use R
value instead. R = chip / blinds and antes for every round.
3. if R <= 5, definitely time to go all-in.
4. if R is between 5 and 10, it's a yellow warning. You need to move all-in

got AA, only small, big blinds in play (1/2 NL game), guess what i did? bet
$30, ft, my head was still thinking about previous monster hand i won with
too many As...

and aggressive.
But this really depends on many other factors like
your opponent style, your position, the table's image, your image in the
table... |
