I'd say get some nice knits (T-shirt/sweater)
they can be worn for most of the time, and it kinda fits even later on you
lose some weight.
and they don't need iron.
I wear knits most of the time! some are too loose now so I give to my mom.
some I just add a belt outside it and still wear.

现在我已经可以穿进大部分以前的裤子
但是很多上衣就算穿进去
也是显得臃肿
没有原来的轻盈感
我的计划是6个月能减到这次怀孕前的体重

母乳的味道，二来运动量大的话会导致减产。
所以我现在就每天晚上在小区里遛个弯算了。

，好像对产量没有什么大影响；味道就不知道了，反正我们儿子一直不怎么喜欢吃母乳
