First house.
I showed to a buyer once. I think the owner may smoke inside constantly you
can smell that. On the side of exterior wall, there is some minor crack on
the bricks. Maybe some minor issue with foundation or might be settlement
move.
Second is 3 bedroom.
Usually people prefer 4 bedroom house.
All 3 bedroom are upstairs, many people prefer master down. |

that there are fewer chinese families over than around community. |

and one raptide look not that good though. thanks for your input |
