Forty percent of voting New Yorkers said their senator's decision on the
failed gay marriage bill would be the deciding factor in choosing which
candidate to back in the 2010 state senate election, according to a poll
released Tuesday.
Forty-seven percent of voters in a Siena College poll (PDF) said they were
disappointed that the senate rejected the bill, compared to 41% | L******k
