一个是2007年最高点买的，财务出问题，不得不卖的。

我倒是从来没有看过这一区的房子。
听说这一区的房子不是建在lot的中间，而是紧紧靠着lot的一边，这样子看着好像有院
子，但是自己房子的一面墙就变成邻居的fence了。

down too much and people are willing to buy them as rental properties. for
high end, it's a different story.
even for low end, the price won't go up and up. it will rebounce from the
bottom and stay (pretty much current price).

agent seems very confident to receive multiple offers above listing price
last weekend, went to see another one 924k?, a lot of showings with multiple
offers and went on pending (days on market ~10days)
true, many are 老中, but these two, also many other races
higher end, true, not much traffic

chinese/asian are interested. I went there about 10 times, haven't seen any
non-老中-like person (did not even remember if saw any A3)

BTW, for those who with elem. school age kids - all 3 good elem. schools in
Almaden vally are full, very good chance is that if you buy now, your kids
will have to go to a crappy school with dominant % mo-mo kids.
