the old Yamaha Flagships. The RX-Z7 was MSRP $2700 when announced on 8/08!
$549 is a steal!!!
Only real caveat I can see is the older 1.3 HDMI ports which means no 3D).
Other than that this is one of the best sounding receivers Yamaha ever
produced, and that is saying a lot! 7.1 x 140W ea. and custom settings
beyond belief.
Not available online. Check for local store inventory. (I was lucky enough
to get the last one in the Bridgewater, NJ store last night) ...also heard
reports of the "RX-V3900" also being blown out for even less $.
