I think its a good deal for a basic tv. the dvr is useless to me, but if I
can sell it for about $180.00, the tv should be about $347.00, when I take
into account CA tax and recycle fee, its about $289.99 plus tax and recycle
fee plus free shipping.

I did this deal twice when it was the 42 Samsung, I think this TV is better
and the ebay prices have not dropped, you can sell the TIVO for about $200
shipped, after fees and shipping its about $170.00
