Medela products RARELY go on sale. I've been keeping a close eye out for
months. But today at Babies R Us, I went in to get my wife some lanolin to
go with the Medela pump we bought last week. I saw this promotion on a

There were about 10 SKU's on the sticker in store that were eligible- but
these six were listed on top. Getting the other items may by YMMV, but I
don't see why they wouldn't honor it.
I purchased the pump last week. It's been used. I asked the manager if
they would simply be able to give me the free items. She said no because
the unit was used. I then asked what would happen if I purchased a new unit
right away with the free accessories, then run outside to my car to get the
"used" one that I bought last week. She understood what I meant, then
agreed to simply do the transaction for me without any hassles. Since I'm a
rewards member, they pulled up my account, and re-printed the original
receipt from there, and 5 minutes later, I was outta there with $60 in free
stuff.

Sign up for the Babies R Us registry. Let's say your baby shower is this
weekend. Make sure to add several products, including the Medela Pump you
want. They will send you a 20% OFF coupon for ANY BABY ITEM from your
registry that you didn't receive. This is the coupon that I used to get my
pump last week. Since the pump is not on sale, the coupon will work for
this free accessory deal. Came out to $299 -20% = $239. Add in these free
accessories to make it $239 for $360 for stuff. Pretty good if I say so
myself!
