，所有信息都在那边，我只是想在这里唤起大家的意识，养成每月自查的好习惯。
Breast cancer以前大多在50多岁的妇女身上发生，但随着环境、饮食结构的变化，生
活的压力，它越来越有年轻化的趋势。我的好邻居她的女儿去年被查出乳腺癌时还没过
41岁的生日，我老公朋友的老婆前年患乳腺癌也是差不多这岁数，我以前的同事加好朋
友得乳腺癌时才五十岁。前两天朋友微信中复旦女博士于娟32岁被确诊患上乳腺癌，
一年半不到就没了，让人叹息。她们都没有家庭病史。

再仔细看，才知道breast pump大部分是只适用于一个人使用。多人使用有传播疾病的
危险。
按规定只有美国FDA检查过，医院级的breast pump才能多人使用。这种pump在设计上考

姐妹们只要有保险的都要尽可能的去致电保险公司询问一下，应该大都cover的。下面
简单写一下我拿到breast pump的过程。
先是给保险公司打电话，告诉他们你的保险信息，就直接问他们是否可以从有效的
medical equipment provider那里拿到免费的breast pump.让保险公司给提供几个医疗

提高班
最近参加standford/lpch hospital tour。其实就是坐在那看录像，根本不去产房病房
参观，觉得挺没用的。
好在最后半小时碰到了一个很好的pediatrician。
她提供了一些非常重要的信息。这些录像load的时候有点慢，耐心一点，开始放就好了。
后来查才发现她是Stanford的Director of Breastfeeding Medicine program

清楚。他说breast pump是cover的，但是必须是in network provider，我问他哪些是
in network provider，他说比如walgreen和CVS，我先去找OB开个prescription，然后
去这些店 pick up.
我的问题是：第一，我不记得这些药店卖breast pump啊？
第二，就算有这些东西，也是over the counter，不用prescription就可
以买到的东西吧。
不用专门到柜台pick up的吧。
接我电话那个客服也不确定，他说你先去开个prescription再打电话问问walgreen。。。

发帖数: 1984 | 26 去年10月份生的，生的时候打电话问过，说是2013年1月1日在保险更新后才能cover
breast pump，需要满足250块钱的deductable。剩余的钱保险付。当时心想250块都够
直接买了，还不如10月份生了以后就买，就不用等到2013年了。后来又想，能把2013年
的deductable用完也好，万一生个什么病以后就不用付钱了。所以生了以后在医院租了
一个。
今年1月2号，也就是昨天，发现deductable涨到了300，心灰意冷。但还是抱着用
deductable的心态，找保险公司要了provider的电话，他们一共给了三个，一个是
Apria，一个是Byram，最后一个是Genadyne。
Apria在我的地区（NJ）没有breast pump，Genadyne需要自己找医生开prescription，
然后合并insurance fax过去，而且没有medela。
Byram找我要了保险信息和医生的信息，说打电话帮我问问，然后回复我。
结果我等到今天（1月3号)下午都没有等到他们的电话，就打电话过去询问，被告知他

下就认出了他那个经典倒挂仰头的姿势。于是我知道我们这里也有这种鸟，每次出门都
想见到。后来确实看到过他们几次，但是机会不好，都没有拍出满意的照片。可我实在
等不急了，就凑了三张先发上来吧（包括那张旧的），好让此鸟早日加入东西部同类鸟

果我生之前买breast pump的话当然得自己掏钱，如果等到生完了向FSA续些钱后再买的
(估计得等生后1-3个星期FSA里面的新钱才能用吧)，不知道会不会太晚了，心里比较犹
豫，大家给我出出主意吧。我问过我的保险公司，他们说如果我出院了但小孩子还在医
院的话可以报销租breast pump的钱，孩子出院后当然就得还breast pump了。我现在当

联系上了一个local的supplier, 但是人家说如果走保险, 只能卖给我手动的,如果要电
动的只能自己先付全部然后再去找保险公司报销. 然后又给保险公司打电话询问有没有
限额, 答说不知道! 担心中间出问题就没有下手.
后来查到一个远程的supplier, 而且他家也在保险公司的supplier list 上, 打电话去
问说接受我的保险, 而且也有我想要的型号, 于是给了OB的电话和保险信息, 等他们核
实之后会再联系我并告诉我用了保险后我该付的部分,之后我再决定买不买. 觉得比较
靠谱,等有进展再来更新.

打了无数个电话, 周围的medical equipment supplier都不卖breast pump. :(
又查了medela的网站, 他家只在一些target, bru等一些grocery store 卖, 但是这些

第一步，我先上了她家网站，从网站得知该保险可以报销一个电动的双泵泵奶器以及可
行的器材分销商的信息。

第二步，打电话给客服，电话号码在保险卡背面都有，确认了是100%cover。aetna的规
定是要在生完60天之内可以报销一个电动的，超过这个时间就变成手动了。所以一定不
要超过60天。然后客服给了我一个器材分销商的网址以及电话，Genadyne
Biotechnologies 电话 1-877 311 9711 Website: www.lucinacare.com 。（以下简称
G家）
第三步，上 www.lucinacare.com 填写order form。她家对不同的保险公司提供不同的
牌子的pump。

最近有人用BCBS UT SELECT保险claim breast pump么？
打了保险公司给的list上的好多电话，都不carry breast pump。
能share一下哪个supplier有么？
medela advanced electric 保险cover后，自己大概付多少？保险公司说cover up to
$150.

发帖数: 427 | 43 先放个medela各种pump的比较链接,这里列了有4种medela的electric double pump，很
多公司用保险买的话是前两种 （part＃57038和＃57065）。很多情况下，卖的人也搞
不清他们到底有什么区别。这个链接解释的很清楚，57038是最基本的款，不是2－
phase expression technology，vacuum setting也只有三档。＃57065就是所谓的APDP
，和in style基本一样。

我是先问了我的保险公司关于breast pump的benefit，很快有了回音 － 100％
coverage， 并且给了三家in-network supplier的联系方式：byram，Genadyne和
edgepark。这三家联系下来：byram现在没有medela pump了，也不接受back order，
Genedyne也没有medela pump，唯一有medela的就是edgepark。但是edgepark说必须等

Medela pump in style和free style哪种更好啊？我听说free style虽然比较轻便，但
是吸力比较弱导致吸出奶量少，不知是也不是？谢啦

发帖数: 676 | 47 宝宝现在白天胸夜里瓶，白天偶尔瓶，用dr brown, 想到以后上班吃更多瓶，怕不吃胸
或混淆，上周看lc时她推荐breast flow 和comotomo，网上也说更适合breast feeding
的宝宝，可以胸瓶都吃好，这是我想要的， 于是先买了breast flow试试，这个据说要
求suck 和compression才喝到，mimic breastfeeding。宝宝好像不喜欢，一吸外面
nipple就陷下去，奶到外面nipple里很多，有时会呛。这个瓶5oz是一号嘴吧？如果倒
过瓶来应该没奶出来吧？按外面奶嘴有细细一股喷出，而dr brown的是一滴滴，我泵奶
也一滴滴的，有时有细细一股，所以宝宝更喜欢dr brown的？是不是我用breastflow的
哪里用的不对？comotomo更好吗？这个吃起来啥特点？这个好像比较贵啊，要不要试试？
现在宝宝也可以都吃，瓶要试试才开始吃，胸有时不耐心，因为奶不那么多，有时吸不
好。
