The old program expired March 31st, so if you enrolled prior to April 1st,
2011, you must re-enroll. This is open to all AMEX Blue card holders, free
of charge. You get a $5 Dunkin Donuts gift card for every four purchases
mailed to you roughly 4-6 weeks after you make your purchases. The 4
purchases must be in the same calendar month and there is no minimum
purchase. So you can spend $.75 4 times and get a $5 gift card.
It also enrolls you in a $25 gift card for Flemings for every $100 spent.
