前两天给WHITNEY GROUP发了篇训练计划,结果发现HAPPYSEEKER就偷偷开始比划,让他郁闷
了好几天.我要说,如果以前跑过一些,按照一定计划1-2个月坚持下来,达到这个速度并不
难.要是很久不动,时间要长一些. 一点HINT,安慰一下HAPPYSEEKER:我每周末打3-4小时篮
球,坚持两年半了.
不过发信给大家的目的达到拉.象HAPPYSEEKER已经开设锻炼了.希望大家继续努力啊.
