It is true we lost a lot of fat. There is no reason to lose muscle stuff.
And if you can eat well, you won't even lose fat. I know somebody kept his
body weight well (even gain some weight) during climbing.

2: I read this off the book "into thin air" (I think worm will reach that
chapter sooner or later. )
3: I am thinking depriving of the oxygen probably can rid you off a lot of
muscles?

才会掉肌肉,基本上是个减肥过程。可能时间长短,吃的好坏都有关系,前年
西藏队爬k2,一耗三个月,据说就都成了麻杆,个别人瘦了30公斤,脂肪肯定都
没了,不过估计肌肉也少了不少。

lost 10 lb. I guess 10 lb is not all fat, some are muscle.
Getting back weight is really fast, I guessed in two weeks, I did not
pay attention to it.
