It's hard to get into the system these days.
Good suggestions could be accepted by certain people but it's hard and
furthermore, we get no credits.

意见并不是非要被采纳，但要说出去让人听得到。
这中间采取什么手段方法就大有讲究，也是个人能发挥的大好舞台。
每个组员然后把他做的贴上来，让大家都有目共睹，评分，这样就有点意思了，对不对
？搞IT的帮建立一个论坛，这就是技术支持. 总之我们要团结所有的人，让人尽其才，
这才是安邦治国的理念。我们追求结果，但也要享受过程。

If we set the expectation too high(target is too difficult in early stage),
we will get frustration easily and there would be no fun.
