school to do it by myself.is there way to request by mail? or need to

in Xidian... It used to need an introduction letter, or request letter, then
you'll need to get it approved by Jiao Wu Chu, which will introduce you to
Dang an guan to get the copy of your original Chinese transcript. then you
have to tranlate it by yourself, and get it approved by Jiao Wu Chu again.
Then they will make copy for you and notarize the copies. With the
notarization, you have to get the transcripts official

American school.

I guess in most of chinese universities, no one will send the transcripts
directly to the American Universities for you.
