大约4月13号mail tax file到NC，Check在21号被Cashed了。现在到IRS网站上都查不到
Tax Return Transcript。
给IRS打过好几次电话，他们建议过了这个周六就re-file。
我觉得是不是4.15附近太多人file了，IRS处理得很慢。
如果有人在4.15附近file的，能不能帮忙到IRS网站上查一查有没有Tax Return
Transcript，我好知道自己所在的位置。具体方法如下和见附图：
1. 上IRS网站：www.irs.gov，点“order a Return or Account Transcript”，如图1。
2. 点“Order a Transcript”，如图2。
3. 输入自己的个人信息。
4. 选“Return Transcript”和“2011”，如图3。
提交就行。
如果Tax return已经处理完，IRS会说Transcript已经order，5-10天会邮到你的地址。
如果没处理完，就会说“not available”，如图4。

bioinfo推断出domain, 感觉是个transcription factor.
首先要找到这个transcription factor 的promoter,用CHIP-SEQ就可以。（之前可以用
GEL SHIFT确认这是一个DNA binding protein?有无必要）
但是就算CHIP-SEQ出来来结果，也只能说明这个PROTEIN是个DNA-BINDING PROTEIN，并
不能证明是一个transcription factor?
如果一个细胞endogenously 不表达这个transcription factor,然后我用一个VECTOR引
用，表达了，microarray出来发现gene expression 变化了。但是也不能只能这个是一
个transcription factor，只能说明这个protein对这些pathway有影响。
难道必须用生化的cell free system来证明？有没有什么实验能证明一个新的蛋白是
transcription factor? |

depends on the particular institution. I applied for several institutions in
the same state, some requests transcript but some does not.
I don't think research schools care about transcript. But teaching schools

1. Lender要transcript的目的是要把transcript和你提交给lender的税表对一下以确
保你给lender的税确实就是file到IRS那里去的。你可以把IRS cash走的你的支票正反
面交给银行，同时把你的银行转帐记录show给银行看，显示IRS已经把钱取走，且数额
刚好与tax return上你欠IRS的钱match。一般银行都能拿这个替代IRS的transcript。
2. 如果上述不行，那么看看能不能叫某个CPA写个letter，证明你给lender的tax
return就是你实际file给IRS的，也能有用。
3. 如果还不行，那么你可以马上赶快跑到IRS local office自己去拿一份2012年的tax
transcript，用来替代2013年的（别让lender自己向IRS要，那要至少3个business
day，赶不及你的closing date）, 然后把2012年的tax return也给lender。Lender应

different cell populations. It is a pity that the authors didn’t compare
whether cell cycle or environmental stimuli can change gene expression
profile of the reverse transcription.
This promoter-proximal bidirectional transcription was also observed in
bacteria. It is speculated the reverse transcription can be quickly
switched to forward transcription (if my memory is right, in a recent N or S

On June 11 I was told that they ordered my 2013 tax transcription and IRS
told them that they did not have my tax return for 2013. On the same day I
sent them my copy.
Today June 18 I was told that they are waiting for additional tax
transcripts which were ordered. The supposed closing date is June 23. I am
afraid that we will not able to get it before June 23.
I did GOOGLE search and found that I can actually call IRS to fax the tax

I guess transcription factor and nuclear transcription factor are
interchangeable in most cases.
They can be expressed and latent in the cytoplasm and translocate to the
nucleus upon activation, for example, STAT3, NF-kB.
Also they can be nuclear encoded but transported to mitochondria to direct
transcription like Tfam. |

protein, 不管什么原因，都可以作为partial protein 保留。但是如果shifted frame
的amino acid sequence长到一定程度，那就认为这些protein sequence跟已有的
sequence太不一样，要除去

ERAS and NBME have a channel for communication. If you selected a USMLE
transcript and assigned it to at least one program to which you applied, NBME will receive a request. Within a few hours or up to a couple of days NBME will transmit the transcript to ERAS PostOffice so the programs you applied can download.

programs.
Here is the instructions on ERAS:
If you select No to the automatic retransmission option, anytime new scores
become available or you apply to new programs, you will have to manually
retransmit your USMLE transcript. You can do this by going to Documents/

The problem is, IRS has my 2013 account transcript (showing the check I sent
to them and they cashed it on 4/22/2014), but not my 2013 tax transcript.
I filed with paper return. I wonder if that is the reason they did not have
record of it yet.
Any experience of how to deal with this problem.

transcription的影响，但是invitro体系中transcription用的不是SP6或者T7这些改造
过没有保真性的酶，而是RNA polymerase II， 如果不用同位素的话，还有什么手段可
以检测不至于敏感度不够高？用RT PCR，模板DNA太多，消化不完全，negative
control都是阳性结果。。。。 |

了起来,现已过半,自我感觉写的非常好,收获甚大,不仅包括了病理,也有生理,生化,---
-, 以及横贯各科的总结,题眼频现,真不愧为在麦地版为大家反复推荐. 我手里也有一
本老版的rapid review pathology 2004, Galjan. 450+ pages, 是经版上的前辈们的
介绍买的二手书,目前尚无翻看,但估计也很不错. 象我这样的开始没有系统看过教科书
,仅靠first aid 和 UW题库, 现回过头来再看, 我觉得Goljan audio transcripts 或
rapid review pathology (Gaojan) 是一本快速复习,加深理解的好书,故向大家再一次

Authorize the release of USMLE score under MyEras/Document now.
In September, assign your USMLE transcript, personal statement, photograph
and LoRs to individual programs under the Programs tab. The USMLE transcript
fee will be included in the ERAS invoice.
Monitor the billing information from MyEras/Message Center. Under Programs
tab you can view your Invoice History. Pay the bill use your Visa or
MasterCard.
