Supreme Court Overturns Decision on Detainee Photos
WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Monday set aside a lower court’s order t
hat called for the release of photographs of prisoners in Iraq and Afghanist
an being abused by American military personnel. The high court told the lowe
r court to re-examine the issue.
The justices sent the case back to the United States Court of Appeals for th
